Everyone dreams of finding love, being in love, and ultimately living with the one you love. This is the same with older women just as it is with younger women, spending the rest of our life with someone we love and share interests and can have a exciting relationship with. It can be very difficult for older women to find love because, well we are older and may feel we are less attractive and dont have as much physically to offer a lover.

Older women should not be discouraged by these challenges instead stay positive that life can and will still surprise us by providing many opportunities to meet that someone special for us to meet and connect with.

There are many varying and unique venues for not only older women but younger women as well to search for a gentleman that will connect with us and have a deep interest in getting to know a mature woman. There are online dating sites focused on older men and women that allow men to search for the older women personals in their area or with shared interests and so on.

Personals for more mature woman are a great help for those who want to come into the light of dating once again and perhaps if we are lucky fall in love. These online sites that focus on older women personals can make finding a possible love connection come true because it give us access to a large pool of available men who share similar tastes with which to choose from. Some sites even post success stories on their site, telling about how their own personals ads experience has helped others to be encouraged to post their own personals to meet singles.

The more mature woman shouldn’t be afraid to put a personal ad out there (however with any online dating site or any other personal add situation it is always a good suggestion to exorcise caution when meeting in person), to help them meet and make not only new friends but perhaps find that certain someone to connect with and perhaps even find love with. Life after divorce or even widowhood doesn’t stop and it doesn’t mean that older woman cant have love again in their lives it is about just making yourself open and available to allowing new people into your life.

What makes the pairing of the older woman and younger man work? It usually takes two individuals who are willing to consider the implausible. Here are some of the reasons reported by several couples who have an age span of at least ten to fifteen years between them:

Some qualities are ageless.

Age knows no boundaries when it comes to the three C’s–communication, commitment, and most especially–chemistry. Older women and younger men who share these ingredients can develop a tight bond, which has the possibility of growing into a lasting love. He will probably be drawn to her femininity, wisdom and warmth; she to his energy, and spirit. Add some shared interests to the mix and these two people can sustain a conversation well into old age (even if she does get there before him.)

Younger men are flexible.

Younger men are less likely to have ingrained habits, unyielding mindsets, and rigid expectations of what they want from their partner. They generally tend to be open-minded about her career, travel, and places to live. Change is not the obstacle for them that it is for older men.

The older woman has her own life.

She is not expecting a man to take care of her. She has made a home for herself, has a career, and great friends. When an older woman gives herself a good life, she often has the characteristic of taking good care of herself. She probably works out at the gym and keeps herself in shape. With a sense of her power and worth, she sends a strong message that she is an original. If she also happens to be very nurturing, she is extremely attractive to a younger man (and any man.)

Her children.

If the older woman has children and she has raised them to be responsible, secure, and to have a generous spirit, they will probably make the adjustments necessary to allow their mother to have any relationship she wants, as long as it is good for her and makes her happy. I have seen younger men who adored their wife’s children, becoming a mentor and confidant to them.

Their children.

Obviously, the older woman and younger man have different choices to consider when it comes to raising a family. I know one woman who was 50 and her husband was 35 and they wanted to have children. They adopted a little girl. I know another young man who is a wonderful friend to her grown children, and enjoys helping to parent her young grandchildren.

The older woman, younger man duo can work for some people. Whatever their issues, they find a way to work them out because there is something deeper between them that matters and lasts. It has to do with the three C’s: communication, commitment, and chemistry.

Dear Tonja, I will try make this short. I have done electrical work a few times for a beautiful older lady. She is in her 40′s I am turning 25 this month. I work as an electrician. The day when I met her I immediately liked her a lot. And we talk a lot about everything. Even about sex. But it was only that. She said to me that I was very handsome and I am strongbuild and she touched my arm a lot. She even kissed me goodbye and hugged me. I just replied the same. She is in my mind a lot. One day I said to her I really like you, you are so beautiful and kind woman. She was blushing a lot and smiling endless and taking her fingers through her own hair aggressively I must say. She almost acted like a very young girl. I immediately try to avoid further eye contact because I am not sure what I am getting me into. She was acting very happy the whole day talking to each other while I was working. I almost got shocked by electricity because of she keep talking to me and offer me drinks and food. She is really a very attractive woman you must believe me Tonja. I send her a text message this Saturday morning at 6:53am. If I could take her out for dinner this coming Friday.(She text me numerous times that we should go for coffee drink. I said to her just tell me when you feel like. But nothing happened.)Until this Saturday when I text her and she replied and said yes. The first time I received a text so quickly back. She said we can arrange it in the week. Now Tonja:

This is my first real date with an older woman. How must I be? What if I am not funny or have good jokes. Or boring.

2. I am not going to take her to a very expensive restaurant. What will she think of that?

3. I like her a lot. I never had sex in my life. I can feel I want her to be the one. My feelings are out of control, really. I think of her a lot.

Do you think she wants sex with me? I want sex with her. But I don’t want to scare her off.

I don’t know what to expect or to be. I just know this will not be a normal dinner.

I will appreciate if you can give me some advice on this; my heart wants to jump out of my body. I love this woman I am in love with her. I wish you could see and talk to her. Then you will know why? She is divorce know. She had a very bad husband who had beaten her. She told me everything. She has a daughter who is now 16 years old. I met and talked to her too. Do you think that she is into me, really. I am living in South Africa. There is no race problems we are both Europeans.
